Can't run the examples using gulp

### Versions Used
* nodejs -> v17.4.0
* npm -> v8.3.1

I've looked at these similar issues below and they seem to be able to at least run the gulp server:

* https://github.com/AllenFang/react-bootstrap-table/issues/786

Steps To reproduce
1. clone fresh copy of this repo
2. npm install --legacy-peer-deps
3. npm start

I'm unable to run the examples using the existing `npm start` script command and get the following error below:
