Export CSV feature doesn't correctly escape " characters appearing in the contents of the cell

From [RFC-4180](https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc4180): "If double-quotes are used to enclose fields, then a double-quote appearing inside a field must be escaped by preceding it with another double quote."

However, if i have data 75" x 25" in the cell of the table, it currently exports as "75" x 25"" in the CSV which is incorrect. It should be "75"" x 25"""
