Expand indicator in the last column

Hi.
I know your busy but there are 2 requests that would be great:

1. the expandingComponent works great but is there any way to be able to choose if you want it in the beginning or the end of the row?
i did a tweak with css but there are other issues that it causes so it would be best if we can determine where we want it on the row
2. if the table header could be fixed so that you can have scrolling on the body and the column header stays. I also found a fix with css but that too causes other issues (mainly #1 css fix clashes with this css fix)
