Add automated import sorting to this repository for code cleanliness and styling.

## Solution

- Configure the prettier import sorting plugin (as we use in w3cv and TFE: https://github.com/allen-cell-animated/timelapse-colorizer)
- Optional: add import sorting rules to eslint if not already installed
