## Details

We need to choose our tooling for this. Do we want to build it out in house or use a service.
Netlify lists some that it supports:

Some like `mailtrap` aren't listed but have nice free tiers. Would be good in project spec to decide what tooling is acceptable for MVP and what kind of back end services we might want to build and maintain in the future.
