Highlighted cells that are not currently visible are shown in the center of the plot

## Description

If any cell is selected, and then hidden by the group by panel, the highlight dot corresponding to it will still appear in the dead center of the plot.

## Expected Behavior

Highlighted and hidden cells should not be shown.

## Reproduction

1. Open CFE: https://cfe.allencell.org/?cellSelectedFor3D=695251&colorBy=cell-line&dataset=variance_v1&plotByOnX=cell-volume&plotByOnY=dna-volume&groupBy=cell-line&selectedPoint%5B0%5D=376128
2. Note that the selected point is in the top right corner, and belongs to the Sec16 beta group.
3. Hide all groups, and show only Actin filaments. The selected point will reappear, but in the center of the plot instead.
