Filter by features in CFE

## Use Case

Request by @MFarhadloo25! Currently, Majid has a CSV he's importing into CFE that has a series of timelapse movies of different experimental conditions.

Majid would like to be able to see a subset of those movies by filtering on multiple features/columns. For example, he wants to see if a subset of movies (say, Movies 1, 2, and 3) are close to each other on the plot for some subset of their frames (say, frames 1-15).

We discussed TFE's current filter functionality and it sounds like it would meet his expectations for that functionality.
