## Use Case
When lots of metadata is loaded, there can be dozens or hundreds of entries in the plot axis dropdowns. Consider adding search functionality to the dropdowns.
## Solution
Add searching (preferably fuzzy search) to axis dropdowns.
## Alternatives
- TFE has an implementation of dropdowns using `react-select`.
