Help Section Designs for CFE

Part of the ongoing effort to update user support systems across all key products. User support audit for CFE revealed:

- No help/resources section
- No link to forum support
- No link to tutorials (web plainer on website has multiple products rolled into one)
- Dearth of proper user documentation (small glossary of cell features)
- No ability for users to leave direct comments or feedback
- Lack of tooltips (existing complement is not comprehensive)

As part of the first pass to resolve some of these issues:

- [ ] Walkthrough (needs creation)
- [ ] Forum (link to relevant CFE section)
- [ ] Glossary (fleshed out to include Cell Features AND axis descriptions at bare minimum)
- [ ] Supplemental Videos (already created just link them)
