chromebook support

### Description
- we have learned that in high school classrooms, Chromebooks can be a fairly common web browsing platform and the screen size does not present well for CFE. The left-hand panel seems disproportionately too wide (going on memory from our teacher academy several months ago). We should investigate and see what the usability issues are on chromebooks.
