isolate selections in plot

## Use Case

Plot View: the ability to select a subpopulation of cells on the plot (drag and select?) in order to view info ONLY related to them. i.e. the histograms and how they change with different axis selections

## Solution

Needs ux? We already create selection sets, now just need a way to plot only a single selection. Mybe let users name their selections e.g. "only tom20 cells with volume < 500"
