hPSCreg Certification links are not working

Each clone has its own hPSCreg certification. The designs have been adjusted to account for this by turning the hPSCreg button into a dropdown button.

*Note that the arrow on the dropdown button does not reverse on click in my prototype but it should function like all dropdown arrows.
