[Thresholding] Default to autothresholding

**Please describe the problem that needs to be solved by this feature**
Currently there is an option to select no thresholding in the thresholding tab. This doesnt make sense as the end product is a binary map and the user needs to select a threshold to get this.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Rethink the thresholding workflow. We should try to default to autothresholding before anything is selected. Refactor our the ability to select no thresholding
