Need to add:
- [x] how input of patch size affect training
- [ ] warn user that patch size (xyz) should not exceed their training image's dimensions (see [this error](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1txZI9mwR8Lyat5ydv2gc_fGMLVUYR6MJDK2cUdKXr_g/edit?gid=2084857447#gid=2084857447&range=E31) I encountered during the smoke-test)
