UX: user support: Add guidance to get start

Save this issue for later release (1.1 or 1.2) - need prioritization at that time

### Scenario:
User chose to "start a new model", however when they get to the Curation start screen, there is little guidance on how to prepare the files that they need (organized in folders/directories, same file names, etc.). Right now we share this information in the user guide/tutorial, while the users do need to know while in the plugin in order to proceed.

### Proposed changes:
Add guide text at the top of the Curation start screen's content area: "Please follow [this guide](url) to prepare your file" with the hyperlink leads them to the section on the user guide that address this. Link is not yet available until the user guide is public on allencell.
