cyto-dl client integration tests

Currently we assume some cyto-dl client behaviors in our app. For example...

- we expect that after training is finished we expect cyto-dl to have saved a `test_images` folder to the specified `output_dir` which is defined in our plugin as `experiment_path/experiment_name`.
- There has been some weird behavior in the past where the `omegaconf` config passed to the cyto_dl api does not behave as expected. (settings `test: false` still runs testing)

We need integration tests for such behaviors
