automatic lighting shortcuts/presets

## Use Case

Sometimes I don't want to fuss with light colors and positions, and I just want some automatic setting.

## Solution

Simplify lighting controls by having an "AO only" mode in which the only light is a fully white sphere skylight (maybe one scalar intensity slider)

## Alternatives

Perhaps the defaults are sufficient for this and a "reset lighting to defaults" would be good.
