load channels from separate files into same session

## Use Case

Sometimes I have raw image data and segmentation data in separate files. I'd like to be able to view them simultaneously without pre-combining them into the same file.

## Solution

Introduce an "append channel" feature where I can open more than one file and load channels from it.
Probably Needs UX...
