tiffs generated from tifffile with imagej metadata loading incorrectly

## Description

At least one example of a tiff generated using tifffile with imagej=true is loading seemingly corrupted or jumbled data. Appears to be a regression.

## Expected Behavior

Supported tiffs should load correctly.
