首次打开网站无法加载自定义样式

新设备打开网站之后总是无法加载自定义样式，必须刷新一下网页之后才能加载，这个问题已经存在好几个版本了
还有就是退出登录之后也是没有加载，现实的都是默认的，必须要刷新网页
