跨盘复制重大bug

### Describe the bug / 问题描述

任意两个网盘跨盘复制，如果上传环节出错，程序会自动重试（好像最多重试3次），然后会删除文件，重新下载再上传。这样很浪费时间，我测试了几个不同网盘的跨盘复制，都是这样。我复制的都是那种单文件超50GB的，一般下载很少出问题，但一旦上传出错，就重新下载，能不能修复这个严重的bug。
