obsidian和mcp使用s3同步文件时报错

### Describe the bug / 问题描述

在使用S3同步的时候，obsidian同步站点标记过的文件格式（二进制图画）报错，无法同步；在mcp同步自定义的二进制文件时同样报错无法同步，和iiswebdav的mede文件格式识别异常报错是一致的
