实现默认跳转 SSO 登陆

### Description of the feature / 需求描述

可以像 Grafana, GitLab 一样设置采用默认的 OIDC 单点登陆。如果有个用户访问链接，在未登陆状态下，直接跳转到单点登陆页面。

用户可以在访问时增加 path 参数，这样可以到 alist 原有的登陆页，实现管理员等账号默认登陆。
