关于许可证中版权相关的附加条款

在文档中发现了项目对某些版权声明似乎有[额外的条款](https://alist.nn.ci/zh/faq/howto.html#%E5%A6%82%E4%BD%95%E5%8E%BB%E6%8E%89%E5%BA%95%E9%83%A8%E7%9A%84-%E7%94%B1-alist-%E9%A9%B1%E5%8A%A8-%E2%80%8B)：

根据我们的开源许可:
此最强copyleft许可的权限以在同一许可下提供许可作品和修改的完整源代码为条件，其中包括使用许可作品的较大作品。版权和许可声明必须保留 贡献者明确授予专利权。当使用修改后的版本通过网络提供服务时，必须提供修改后版本的完整源代码。

我不知道这是否可以被认为是 AGPL-3.0 协议中“附加条款”的部分：

> b) Requiring preservation of specified reasonable legal notices or author attributions in that material or in the Appropriate Legal Notices displayed by works containing it; or

原谅我可能有所遗漏。
如果属于的话，由于该条目似乎并未随源码分发，所以可能并不能生效。
因此我认为应该明确一下该条款的具体形式。
