### Description of the feature / 需求描述
应用场景：
登录@manage登录过程中出现多次登录失败时，弹出人机验证；
多次访问加密文件夹密码错误时，弹出人机验证；
文件下载时，弹出人机验证以防止异常批量下载行为。
另外建议在设置项中提供开关，允许管理员根据实际需要选择启用/禁用人机验证
