大文件拆分合并

### Description of the feature / 需求描述

由于某些网盘对单文件大小有限制,是否能添加文件拆分合并功能, `预览/访问/下载` 文件时更具 offset 读取不同的快

### Suggested solution / 实现思路

参考Linux `split` 命令对拆分后的文件添加后缀, 将拆分后的文件其全部放入一个同名文件夹中,
可以将其当成一个文件处理.
合并时更具名称排序,或者添加索引文件指定排序, 可以更好的标注文件大小,以及offset
