### Description of the feature / 需求描述

需求：文件夹/文件夹+文件 可以在web页面的名称设置别名
理由：分享链接友好——这样非英文命名的 文件夹/文件 复制出来的uri不是冗长的一串转义符 会更美观些
使用场景： 文件夹/文件 实际名称为英文 实现别名设置后 在浏览器地址栏或者"复制链接"按钮复制出来的链接为文件原名也就是英文名 可在社媒中优雅地分享链接

### Suggested solution / 实现思路

我不太懂开发 我斗胆说说想法：
- Web页面显示名称可以从Alist元信息中设置 比如 判断文件没有定义元信息 那就直接取文件名在web页显示 如果元信息中设置了 那就替换显示为元信息中定义的名称
