当前批量上传前端显示并不够友好，关掉窗口后无法再次打开
建议优化上传提示
### Suggested solution / 实现思路
1. 在有上传任务进行时添加一个悬浮窗以便随时打开查看上传进度
2. 上传完成的文件默认折叠
