执行任务没有固化，容器重启后任务列表被清空

### Describe the bug / 问题描述

新建拷贝任务，在任务列表里能正常查看及正常执行。
alist 容器重启后， 任务被全部清空， 原有进行中的任务消失，不能确定成功还是失败。
