将tg群组/频道作为网盘使用

### Suggested solution / 实现思路

利用tg机器人api，将文件上传到tg群组/频道（至于获取文件，我猜测可能是将文件链接与tg的消息ID对应起来？具体可以参考 https://github.com/MarSeventh/CloudFlare-ImgBed
