增加对 Azure Storage 文件的支持

### Description of the feature / 需求描述

Azure Storage 是 Microsoft 提供的适用于现代数据存储方案的云存储解决方案，其与 Amazon S3 类似，也是被广泛使用的存储服务，包括 Blob，文件，队列等服务。Alist 现已支持了许多存储服务，期待增加对 Azure Storage 文件的支持。
与这个 Issue 类似的 blob 在 #5780 曾被提出过而未被实现，我本次重新提出的目的是整理相关信息，增加对“文件”的支持。
