### Description of the feature / 需求描述
主要使用MySQL数据库，多台服务器共用一个。如果在A服务器修改了后台设置，在其他服务器无法同步该设置，例如在A服务器禁用天翼云盘存储，B服务器需要重启才会同步禁用该存储
### Suggested solution / 实现思路
能否新增重新连接数据库和重启程序的按钮，这样就可以不用再进ssh重启Alist程序，全程可以在网页内使用
