Hello,

I would like to suggest an auditing for the whole users as locally and via OIDC as well.

### Suggested solution / 实现思路

As example.

The xxx.user download the file or click to watch a video so it will be great to log in the file, export to web rest api or something like that.

### Additional context / 附件

I am not developer and I cannot contribute but it will useful to have a simple audit in the environment.
