general用户通过webdav形式访问后，上传文件

### Describe the bug / 问题描述

使用general用户通过webdav形式访问后，上传任何文件都提示 已包含此文件。然后刷新页面，该文件就已存在，而且大小为0kb。所有文件使用 general用户 操作都是这样。但是用admin 管理员账号，做同样的操作没有任何问题。两类用户的权限是相同的。如图
