夸克网盘无法识别 ' (英文单引号)

### Describe the bug / 问题描述

夸克网盘无法识别 ' (英文单引号)
当我创建一个带有英文单引号的文件或文件夹时，会将单引号识别成乱码

当我从其他网盘复制文件夹时，当文件夹名带有英文单引号时，会发生错误，导致无法完成复制，且会在夸克目录下创建带有乱码的文件夹，但alist不会成功将乱码识别成英文单引号，导致复制失败：
