迅雷存储添加与文档不一致

### Describe the bug / 问题描述

根据 https://alist.nn.ci/zh/guide/drivers/thunder.html 说明，添加“迅雷”存储
1. 获取验证码 url 时手机号**不能添加区号**，否则错误提示不会提示跳转验证链接
2. 获取 captcha_token 后，**添加区号**才能通过验证，保存配置
