### Description of the feature / 需求描述

1.自动上传，当指定文件夹（本地储存）新增内容时，上传到指定网盘文件夹
2.可选上传成功后是否删除指定文件夹（本地储存）的文件
3.只上传，不是同步之类的功能

### Suggested solution / 实现思路

检测到本地储存指定文件夹有新增就上传
