希望支持开启了文件名加密，加密后缀继续生效

希望支持 Crypt驱动 在开启了 文件名加密 后仍然添加 加密后缀 的功能。

原因
---
我需要添加如媒体类型的后缀，如：.jpg .mp4 .bmp 等。
因为一些云储网盘对这些媒体类型的下载进行了不限速。如果不是这些后缀结尾的文件会被视为普通文件，无法享有带媒体文件后缀那样的下载不限速。
