移动云盘账号由个人云转移到新个人云，导致上传请求参数不合法

### Describe the bug / 问题描述

我向移动客服申请将移动云盘账号由个人云转移到新个人云，也就是移动云盘添加了离线下载功能入口后，现在使用新个人云，上传五、六G以上文件，无论是从哪个存储复制到移动云盘新个人云，通通都上传失败，我的是钻石会员，都是提示请求参数不合法，且上传没有进度条。而且奇怪的是，我这个账号也可以挂载旧个人云，而且可以上传部分小文件到旧个人云~我的文件夹，能上传到这里面，但很多文件上传到这里都是报403错误。我查看新个人云请求参数不合法的DEBUG。以下是报错代码
