解析网络资源后离线下载

### Description of the feature / 需求描述


能否实现在原有的离线下载基础上去实现，就是比如可以通过后台配置或内置解析某一些网络资源后自动离线下载后上传到对应的网盘，要是能后台配置默认解析接口就好了~

### Suggested solution / 实现思路

在离线下载之前做一个解析的操作后得到直链永离线下载最后再上传到对应的储存空间。
