便捷上传功能

### Description of the feature / 需求描述

版本：v3.37.4
便捷上传功能，也就是有些时候我需要上传文件，复制文件地址。这个循环步骤。
方法1：所以我希望拖拽文件上传，支持在文件列表展示区域直接支持拖拽上传文件，而不是点击上传后批量上传。因为这样我无法一个个复制文件。
方法2：在现有的上传列表，支持复制文件下载地址。
