[本地存储]的mp4在线预览页面没有及时停止下载行为

### Describe the bug / 问题描述

环境：通过 docker 部署的最新版本（v3.37.4），浏览器 Chrome 128.0.6613.139；

描述：本机存储方式挂载了一个磁盘，在预览一个 3.5G 的 mp4 视频时，会有一个正常的下载请求，此时通过点击顶部的导航返回到上层目录（离开预览页面），前面的下载请求没有停止，会一直在后台下载，直到下载完成或者刷新页面。

问题：如果频繁预览过多个大体积视频文件，会堆积在后台下载，导致预览其他视频时被占用了带宽。

预期：离开预览页面会停止下载。
