[搜索/索引]忽略指定名字的文件夹，而不是指定路径

我文件夹中有很多`node_modules`，构建索引会把它们也一起计算，我想忽略`node_modules`文件夹。
在官网和github，都没找到解决方法。

### Suggested solution / 实现思路

加一个选项，里面添加如这种的怎么样？`**/node_modules`
