短链接生成

### Description of the feature / 需求描述

能不能说实现当我点复制链接时他会自动生成短链接比如 **http://域名/xxxxxx** 这种然后再进行重定向。

### Suggested solution / 实现思路

可以在设置中添加个开关是否选择短链接，如不选择就直接生成直链。
还有就是别人打开后能预览这个文件 而不是打开链接之后直接进入下载
