BUG: Line Feeds getting added

html2text Version - 2018.1.9`
Python version - 3.7.1

when I convert the following:
```python
description = '

with:
```python
h = html2text.HTML2Text()
h.ignore_links = True
text_description = h.handle(description)
print(text_description)
```

I get the following output:
`'\n\nThis is a complete rebuild car 351 Windsor! Only 500 kms since rebuild, crest\nsafety power steering all new parts! Must see car 3 speed automatic serious\ninquires only 36000 take this baby home!\n\n'`

Where are the line feeds coming from? If I run just the above text string without html through the html2text handle function it's adding those line feeds as well.
