Landscape PDFs coming out as portrait images

Hi,

Your library is fantastic, it makes working with PDFs on iOS so easy!

I've come across a PDF which has landscape slides when viewed in various PDF viewers but when using OHPDFImage to extract the pages they are coming out sideways in portrait. I put the PDF into your OHPDFImageDemo app just to make sure I wasn't doing something wrong and I've attached a screenshot below so you can see what I mean.

It's weird because I've got other PDFs that are landscape and they come out fine. It seems like maybe there's an orientation flag somewhere in this PDF rather than the pages just being sized as landscape.

Is there a way to detect this situation and output the pages correctly oriented?
