### Issue Description

We're using `PINRemoteImage` and `OHHTTPStubs` in our project and have notices an anomaly with Xcode 15. It appears that `PINRemoteImage` doesn't call `+ (BOOL)canInitWithRequest:(NSURLRequest *)request;` on `NSURLProtocol` in Xcode 15, but does in Xcode 14. After digging through the code of `OHHTTPStubs` a bit, I can see that this is a critical part of getting stubbing setup correctly, so that makes sense as to why it's not working.

I know this is likely more of an issue for the `PINRemoteImage` folks, but thought I'd also post here to see if anyone knows of any underlying changes to `NSURLSession` that shipped with Xcode 15 that could be causing this.
