How to create multi-column schema?

The [concise example](https://github.com/AlgebraicJulia/AlgebraicRelations.jl/blob/master/examples/company_demo/concise_demo_ACT.ipynb) shows how to create a schema of the type:
```sql
CREATE TABLE get_manager (Person1 int, Person2 int);
CREATE TABLE get_name (Person1 int, Name2 text);
CREATE TABLE get_employees (Person1 int, ID2 int);
CREATE TABLE get_salary (Person1 int, Salary2 real);
```

How would you create a schema such as:
```sql
CREATE TABLE employees (Person1 int, ID2 int, Manager3 int, Name4 text, Salary5 real);
```
