Error "TheoryLabelledReactionNet not defined"

I'm trying to run this bit of Julia code^ today on either JuliaHub's IDE and my own Julia sandbox.
In both cases, I get the following error:
> ERROR: LoadError: UndefVarError: TheoryLabelledReactionNet not defined
Since `TheoryLabelledReactionNet` is defined within `AlgebraicPetri` and there is a `using AlgebraicPetri` line at the top of code, the former's definition should have been loaded.
