Use unique worker's name for Sentry environment identification

It would be nice to break up the workers into their own environment scope but for now we can group all the workers together.

Start by tracing the worker setup and Sentry environment configuration; the issue names no files or tests. Determine how each worker's unique name can identify its Sentry environment, then verify that workers are no longer grouped under one shared environment.
